Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

- Gift cards are non-returnable.
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they do not fit properly, are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over EUR75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item. Where this period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:
· Log into your account to access our self-serve returns and cancellations flow, where you can find your order and submit your request directly, or
· Email us at info@mysallywest.ie with a clear statement of your decision, including your name and order number.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through your account at any time before fulfilment. Once an item has been fulfilled, you may request a return within the 14-day window described above.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
